Job description
Job Overview
Victaulic is looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to support application development teams and strengthen Agile delivery across the organization. In this role, you will coordinate Scrum activities, help teams stay aligned on goals, and ensure work is delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level. You will also act as a mentor and coach, encouraging a mindset of ongoing improvement and consistent achievement of team objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Run and support Agile Scrum practices for application development teams.
- Coach team members on Scrum values, Agile principles, and day-to-day practices.
- Help teams collaborate effectively so they can deliver strong, reliable solutions.
- Use retrospectives and feedback discussions to drive continuous improvement.
- Remove blockers and resolve impediments, whether they arise inside or outside the team.
- Monitor key performance indicators and support timely, high-quality delivery.
- Make sure the team works within the Scrum framework and remains aligned with Agile methods.
- Promote Agile ways of working across the IT organization as part of the broader transformation effort.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
- Scrum or Agile certification such as CSM or PSM.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum concepts and practices.
- Hands-on experience with refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospectives, and related techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile project tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps, with Jira preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
- Comfort leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Kanban certification and/or SAFe certification.
- Working knowledge of traditional project management concepts and practices.
