Job description
Overview
We are hiring a seasoned and driven SAP SuccessFactors Functional Lead to oversee the rollout and continuous operation of the SAP SuccessFactors platform across the company. This position will play a central role in HR transformation work by connecting business teams, HR, IT, and external delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business leadership to collect HR needs, interpret them, and turn them into practical system-based solutions.
- Act as the main coordination point for SAP SuccessFactors-related work across HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Manage collaboration with implementation partners, SAP specialists, and third-party vendors to support strong delivery outcomes.
Experience Required
- 8 to 12 years of experience in HR technology, ERP, or digital transformation initiatives.
- At least 5 years of direct, hands-on involvement in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
- Demonstrated experience leading 2 to 3 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time, onsite position.
