Role Overview
The organization is seeking a remote SAP Business Data Cloud Consultant to implement and oversee SAP Business Data Cloud solutions. The position involves supporting clients in improving how they manage data while working closely with business stakeholders to establish governance standards, design data architecture, and maintain data quality across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to build and manage SAP Business Data Cloud implementations, partner with stakeholders on data strategy, and help shape frameworks that keep data secure, consistent, and usable. The role also includes contributing to architecture decisions and ensuring best practices are followed in cloud-based data environments.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Information Systems, or a closely related subject.
- Between 3 and 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business Data Cloud or comparable data management platforms.
- Practical exposure to data governance, data quality management, and data modeling.
- Solid knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform and how it connects with other SAP products.
- Experience handling data transformation workflows, ETL tools, and data visualization solutions.
- Strong grasp of cloud data architecture and current data management practices.
- Ability to design and apply governance frameworks that support compliance and data accuracy.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability for translating business needs into workable solutions.
- Clear communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup with accountability and self-drive.
- SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Technology Associate, are considered an advantage.
