Job description
Role Overview
Kimberly-Clark is looking for a Sales Representative to support its Traditional Trade (Wholesale) business in Riyadh. In this role, you will help maintain strong relationships with current customers while identifying and converting new sales opportunities. The position sits within a purpose-driven team focused on delivering better care through well-known brands and meaningful customer impact.
What You Will Do
- Find and prioritize promising prospects, schedule meetings, handle sales calls, and guide opportunities through the full sales cycle until they are closed.
- Build strong product expertise, run demonstrations, and respond effectively to customer objections.
- Create clear, accurate, and professional reports, proposals, booking materials, and other documents needed for executive-level discussions.
- Work toward sales targets by understanding client needs and following a structured selling approach that may include demos and presentations.
- Partner with other sales colleagues to support company quotas and performance standards, while tracking market activity and competitor moves.
- Coordinate sales activities with teammates and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Take proactive steps to prevent customer financial disputes and make sure collection targets are achieved on time and in full.
What You Need
- A bachelor's degree.
- Background in FMCG sales, ideally with recognized companies, is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal ability and solid sales skills.
- Good English proficiency and excellent Arabic language skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Saudi nationality, as required by the employer and local regulations.
