Job description

Job Overview

The role of Sales Manager sits within the Sales Department and is focused on directing and improving sales operations to drive revenue and business growth. The position calls for building and executing effective sales plans, leading the sales team, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting long-term commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop practical sales plans and put them into action to meet the company’s targets.
  • Lead the sales team, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement and development.
  • Set periodic sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, then track progress against them.
  • Review KPIs, evaluate sales outcomes, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Study the market and competitors, and identify opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Oversee the sales process, ensure service quality, and help achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Create incentive and commission plans for the sales team.
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, legal, and operations to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, and regulations relevant to real estate activities.
  • Monitor sales channels, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns tied to real estate projects.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Strong familiarity with the real estate market and its regulations.
  • Well-developed leadership and management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Capability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is preferred.

Additional Information

This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia and is offered as a full-time, on-site role.
