The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a crucial part of our SDR team, responsible for initiating contact and scheduling qualified meetings with multifamily developers and operators nationwide. We provide a curated list of contacts ready for outreach, and you will leverage tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage additional decision-makers within target accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with a daily list of pre-qualified contacts at target multifamily real estate developers.
  • Utilize ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to supplement contact information and identify key decision-makers for comprehensive account coverage.
  • Execute established talk tracks and scripts, with the flexibility to adapt and personalize them as you develop your own effective communication style.
  • Directly schedule meetings onto the calendars of our Account Executives.
  • Meticulously log all outreach activities and outcomes in HubSpot to track progress and identify successful strategies.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the Account Executive and founder for coaching, deal strategy, and performance feedback.

This role involves approximately 150 outbound dials per day, with an anticipated connect rate of around 10%, leading to 15-20 meaningful conversations with senior real estate professionals (VPs, Directors, C-level) daily. Comfort and confidence in communicating with experienced executives are essential.

Requirements

  • Possess at least one year of experience in outbound calling or appointment setting; experience in SaaS or real estate is advantageous but not mandatory, as industry-specific training will be provided.
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain high energy and composure throughout extensive daily calling sessions.
  • Exhibit clear communication skills and resilience when navigating challenging gatekeepers.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and self-direction without constant supervision.
  • Familiarity with prospecting and outreach tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dialpad, Kixie, and HubSpot, or a strong aptitude for quickly learning new technologies.

Additional Information

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, a performance-based bonus is paid monthly for achieving or exceeding meeting targets. This position serves as a significant career launchpad, with clear pathways for strong performers to advance into Account Executive roles. We prioritize internal promotions and will provide transparent guidance on the timeline and milestones for career progression from the outset.
