Role overview

Atica Global is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support a new outbound growth initiative focused on winning corporate travel and extended-stay business in the United States. This role is based in Yerwada, Pune and is a full-time, work-from-office position. The working window is aligned to US business hours, from 4 PM to 2 AM IST.

The company is a tech-led remote sales and revenue management business serving hotels and hotel operators in the US. It is backed by well-known investors such as Titan Capital and DIBS, and aims to build innovative software and operational systems that create measurable impact.

What the role involves

You will work closely with internal data teams that provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and commercial opportunity alerts. Your job will be to turn those signals into outreach, conversations, and qualified meetings that help grow the hotel portfolio. This is a founding-style opportunity to shape a new revenue channel and directly influence outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Run frequent outbound calling and tailored email outreach to decision-makers in the US corporate travel segment.
  • Respond quickly to market triggers such as newly announced regional construction or development projects.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline by navigating corporate structures, handling gatekeepers, and setting up high-quality meetings.
  • Keep CRM records clean and current, and ensure prompt follow-up and smooth transitions to the closing team.
  • Share feedback with leadership on which outreach messages, channels, and campaign ideas are performing best.

What the company is looking for

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience, specifically in the US market. You should understand US business culture, geography, and communication norms, and be comfortable managing activity targets and meeting-generation goals. Strong phone presence, confidence with cold calling, CRM proficiency, and a self-driven, accountable mindset are important for success in this role.

Work location and hours

This is an onsite role in Yerwada, Pune. The schedule follows US business hours, from 4 PM to 2 AM IST.
