Job description

Role Overview

Scope Investment is looking for a Sales Associate to join its Dubai store team. The role focuses on delivering a strong customer experience, driving sales performance, supporting day-to-day store operations, and helping maintain a well-organized retail environment.

Customer Service and Sales

  • Welcome shoppers in a friendly way and help them find products that match their needs and preferences.
  • Offer clear product guidance, suggest suitable alternatives, and use cross-selling and upselling techniques to improve sales.
  • Stay up to date with the full product assortment, ongoing offers, and brand-related campaigns.
  • Deal with customer questions and concerns in a professional manner, and involve the manager when escalation is required.
  • Work toward and surpass personal and store sales targets measured daily, weekly, and monthly.

Store Operations

  • Present and restock merchandise according to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Keep the store floor, fitting rooms, and overall space clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Support stock handling tasks such as receiving goods, attaching price labels, and storing items correctly.
  • Take part in stock counts, inventory checks, and reporting any mismatches or discrepancies.

Cash Handling

  • Use the POS system efficiently and accurately.
  • Process purchases, returns, and exchanges correctly.
  • Manage cash and card payments in line with company procedures and controls.

Team Collaboration

  • Participate actively in team meetings, sales briefings, and product training sessions to stay aligned with store objectives.
  • Share operational issues, customer comments, or product concerns with the store manager in a timely manner to support better service and smooth operations.
