Role Summary
This position is for a Business Development Associate / Sales Associate who will work with parents and adult learners, explain PlanetSpark’s programs, and support them through the enrollment process. The role is centered on consultative inside sales, using warm, already-interested leads to drive revenue and meet weekly targets.
Key Responsibilities
You will handle 65 to 70 qualified leads every day using calls and video-based conversations. Your work will include the full sales journey, from first contact through to final enrollment.
You will run one-on-one video counseling sessions, present trial classes, respond to questions, and overcome objections with a customer-focused approach. You will also work toward weekly revenue goals and make sure new customers have a smooth onboarding experience.
Regular participation in training sessions will be part of the role so you can keep improving your sales ability and stay current with best practices.
