Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough roof inspections and determine damage caused by weather exposure or normal wear
• Manage roof repair and replacement work to ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Work closely with estimating, production, and insurance teams to keep projects moving smoothly
• Assist with sales meetings and help explain roofing options to customers
• Maintain clear, professional communication and deliver strong customer service throughout each project
