Job description

Role overview

This position is responsible for coordinating the full lifecycle of Registered & Non-Financial (RNF) activities in Singapore. It focuses on governance, process execution, and oversight, while ensuring alignment with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) requirements, internal standards, and strong operational controls.

You will be working in a regulated setting where precision, control discipline, and stakeholder coordination across HR, Compliance, and business teams are essential.

Key duties

  • Run RNF processes from start to finish, including keeping RNF registers current and accurate.
  • Handle RNF applications and related lifecycle steps in accordance with regulatory expectations.
  • Assist with misconduct reporting workflows and regulatory filings to MAS.
  • Deliver business-as-usual tasks on time and within agreed service levels.
  • Compile, check, and file regulatory reports in line with MAS guidance.
  • Follow RNF policies, procedures, and the internal control framework consistently.
  • Retain complete records, evidence, and audit trails for all activities.
  • Spot process issues, control gaps, and risks, and escalate them promptly.
  • Work with HR, Compliance, and business stakeholders to keep processes running effectively.

Skills and competencies

  • Working knowledge of MAS RNF rules, obligations, and governance expectations.
  • Background in HR operations, compliance, or regulatory reporting.
  • High accuracy and a strong eye for detail when managing data and records.
  • Understanding of governance, risk management, and control principles.
  • Ability to take ownership and deliver outcomes reliably.
  • Comfortable collaborating across functions and managing stakeholders.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Strong integrity and a disciplined approach to compliance.

Candidate profile

The preferred applicant has at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, compliance, or a regulatory environment supporting RNF processes. Experience in a highly controlled, heavily regulated setting is important, along with the ability to balance day-to-day delivery with risk management. The role also calls for someone who can juggle multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and engage confidently with stakeholders in complex organisational structures. Alignment with the bank’s values and a strong ethical approach are expected.

Additional responsibilities

  • Embed the organisation’s “Here for good” mindset and brand values in Singapore.
  • Take on other duties as assigned under Group, Country, Business, or Functional policies and procedures.

About the employer

The company is an international bank with a long operating history and a focus on creating positive impact for clients, communities, and colleagues. It values challenge, continuous improvement, inclusion, and working together to achieve long-term success.

Benefits and workplace support

  • Competitive compensation and benefits designed to support mental, physical, financial, and social wellbeing.
  • Retirement savings support funded by the bank, plus medical and life insurance; some locations also offer flexible voluntary benefits.
  • Leave benefits including annual leave, parental or maternity leave of 20 weeks, sabbatical leave up to 12 months, volunteering leave of 3 days, and a combined minimum of 30 days for annual and public holidays.
  • Flexible work arrangements that may combine home and office locations, along with adaptable working patterns.
  • Wellbeing support through a digital wellbeing platform, resilience and human-skills learning, employee assistance, sick leave, mental health first aid support, and self-help resources.
  • Ongoing learning opportunities with access to reskilling, upskilling, and physical, virtual, and digital training.
  • An inclusive, values-led workplace that respects diversity and supports people to do their best work.
