Role overview
SKIMS is a solutions-focused brand shaping the future of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. In this Supervisor role, you will help deliver strong day-to-day store performance, guide the sales floor team, and set the tone for an inclusive, high-energy customer experience. You will support store operations, coach team members in real time, and help reinforce the brand’s standards and values throughout each shift.

What you'll do
- Model warm, personalized, customer-first service and set the standard for the team on the sales floor.
- Act as Sales Floor Captain when assigned by managing zones, coaching team members, and keeping energy and performance high.
- Oversee everyday operational priorities such as opening and closing routines, accurate cash handling, and store cleanliness.
- Coach team members on selling techniques, product knowledge, and styling support that translate features into customer benefits.
- Provide timely feedback and encourage continuous learning and skill growth across the team.
- Support onboarding and training for new hires while reinforcing store policies, brand values, and service expectations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products and assist with launches, replenishment, and floor presentation updates.
- Partner with store leadership to monitor KPIs, review sales performance, set team goals, and recognize achievements.
- Work with leaders to track inventory, maintain visual standards, and ensure products are available throughout the day.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully to help build a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Respond to customer concerns with empathy, urgency, and accountability.
- Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with Store and Assistant Leaders.
What we're looking for
- Prior supervisory or management experience in retail, ideally in fashion or a related field.
- Strong interest in the SKIMS brand and its focus on innovation, inclusivity, and customer service.
- Proven ability to lead by example and keep a team motivated in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer connection.
- Ability to use sales data and feedback to improve performance and results.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual and operational standards.
- Confidence in setting expectations, giving feedback, and handling challenges.
- Comfort working a physically active role across the full store for the entire scheduled shift.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Open availability for full-time work, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Preference for candidates who are not seeking influencer-related work.
