Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi is responsible for running retail and online operations from end to end. The role ensures that inventory, order processing, and day-to-day store workflows are handled efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the everyday activities and workflow of the sales team.
• Track and manage inventory across both brick-and-mortar stores and digital sales channels.
• Supervise customer order handling and fulfillment to maintain speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Coordinate stock restocking and maintain communication with designers as needed.
• Handle designer onboarding and manage designer agreements according to leadership instructions.
• Plan and support logistics for pop-ups, brand activations, and events.
• Maintain the website catalog by uploading products and keeping tagging, categorization, pricing, and product details up to date.
• Contribute to the overall improvement, scale, and operational efficiency of ELEVENISH.

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience in retail operations and store management, including stock oversight, merchandising support, and routine store execution.
• Strong operations background with the ability to streamline processes across both physical retail and e-commerce.
• Good customer service experience, especially in handling premium clientele and resolving escalated concerns.
• Hands-on exposure to e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, along with understanding of the full online order journey.
• Experience with Zoho POS is advantageous.
• Confident leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to guide and develop varied teams.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle retail within the GCC region is a strong advantage.
