Role overview
This position is based in Motueka, Tasman, New Zealand, and follows an onsite full-time roster. The shift pattern provided is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

- Deliver friendly, helpful service that improves the customer shopping journey.
- Assist with everyday store activities by responding to customer needs.
- Keep the store looking well-presented to support a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key duties
- Be customer-facing, offer personalised help, and handle questions or concerns quickly.
- Keep shelves stocked, with a strong focus on essential and fresh food items, while maintaining stock rotation, quality, and presentation.
- Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly and maintain a clean, organised store.
- Follow safety procedures, raise hazards, and complete tasks in line with company policies and legal obligations.
