Job description
Role Overview
Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking a Reservation Host to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the reservations function. In this role, you will help ensure service delivery aligns with Hyatt International’s corporate direction and brand standards while balancing the expectations of both employees and guests.
Qualifications
The position calls for at least 2 years of prior experience working either as a Supervisor or a Guest Service Officer in a telephone-based department within a large-scale operation. Strong communication ability, confident phone etiquette, and well-developed customer relationship skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office, email systems, Opera, and PABX systems will be considered an advantage.
