Role Overview

This position involves contributing to projects that help refine large language models such as ChatGPT. The work calls for strong analytical ability and solid English comprehension. You will read, summarize, review, and break down large pieces of content into clear logical parts, research information online, verify claims, and use LLMs to solve puzzles. The role is designed to help you develop as an analyst in an AI-driven environment.

You will play an important part in improving model quality by answering analytical questions and creating scenarios that help train models to respond more accurately. The examples may include interpreting sales distribution data across locations to identify growth patterns, or solving logic-based multi-step puzzles with rule constraints. No prior niche domain experience is required.

Requirements

Candidates should be comfortable reading and writing English at a high level, conducting research, and producing structured feedback with detailed annotations. Strong creativity, communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup are also important. A desktop or laptop with reliable internet access is required.

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or current undergraduate study in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related discipline is preferred. The role also values at least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, data annotation, or content review workflows, along with a sharp eye for detail in text accuracy and formatting validation. Experience in professional writing or editorial work, such as business analysis, research, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, or translation, is advantageous. Familiarity with Excel and Google Workspace, plus comfort with data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic, is also useful.
