Key responsibilities

Enter, revise, and keep product records accurate and up to date across company databases.
Handle product-related troubleshooting and respond to customer support needs in a timely manner.
Work with teams across different functions to preserve data accuracy and consistency.
Prepare reports and review information to spot patterns, variances, and data issues.
Document workflows, procedures, and support actions for future reference.

Skills and qualifications

High precision and strong concentration when handling data entry tasks.
Clear written and spoken communication.
Working knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel, along with data management applications.
Ability to stay organized, work without close supervision, and manage time well.
