Key responsibilities

- Protect portfolio quality by monitoring the loan book, reviewing business cash flows, and tracking overdue accounts with appropriate diligence.

Qualifications and capabilities
The preferred background includes MBA, Chartered Accountant, engineering, or graduate qualifications, along with relevant experience in relationship management across any industry.
Strong collaboration skills are important, as the role requires working with multiple teams for on-ground support and for enabling business outcomes when needed.
The ideal candidate should be able to improve sales and customer relationship approaches by developing practical processes and a clear operating structure.
