Roles & Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve sales targets. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to order closure, fostering strong relationships with key personnel in client accounts, and maintaining business generation from various verticals including Real Estate, Hospitality, Hospitals, IT, Pharma, Fit-out, Commercial, E-commerce, Data Centers, and Global Accounts. The manager will also collaborate with senior management to align long-term sales strategies with company objectives.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
Candidates should possess an MBA or an Engineering Degree (BE in Electrical/Electronics) with over 10 years of project sales experience in the Electronic Security Systems industry. A superior understanding of Electronic Security Systems, including Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Building Management Systems, Public Address systems, Boom Barriers, Intrusion Detection Systems, and system integration, is essential. Strong vendor management, OEM relationship management, client management skills, and a robust market network are required. The role also demands a strong rapport with regional MEP consultants and PMC companies, along with a thorough knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines pertaining to Fire and Electronic Security Systems.
