Role overview

This position focuses on attracting, evaluating, and hiring timeshare sales representatives for the organization. It is based at Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, with opportunities to meet guests and candidates from many parts of the world while working in a major Central Florida resort setting.

The role sits within a larger resort company known for its guest experience and career growth opportunities across more than 60 resorts. The company emphasizes excellence, professional development, and creating memorable vacation experiences.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for timeshare sales representative roles.
  • Write and publish strong job advertisements across recruiting platforms and social media.
  • Find, screen, and assess candidates through interviews and in-person hiring events.
  • Travel frequently to resort locations across the country for interviews, career fairs, hiring events, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and build recruiting strategies.
  • Keep an active talent pipeline for both current openings and future needs.
  • Showcase the company’s culture, pay plans, growth opportunities, and benefits to potential hires.
  • Create referral relationships with local real estate schools, industry professionals, and networking groups.
  • Represent the company in a polished, professional manner at job fairs, recruiting events, and industry conferences.

Skills and qualifications

The ideal candidate should have strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building abilities. You should be able to recognize candidates who demonstrate strong closing skills, presentation ability, and customer service strengths. The role also calls for excellent organization, comfort handling several openings at once, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting software. Success in this position requires working independently while consistently meeting ambitious hiring targets.

Travel requirements

Travel to other Westgate properties with sales operations may be required when recruiting and hiring support is needed.
