Role overview
This is a remote recruiting opportunity supporting US-based hiring. The position focuses on end-to-end talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and hiring support across multiple open roles.
How you will contribute
- Work closely with hiring teams to identify staffing requirements and define talent needs.
- Find qualified candidates through sourcing channels, including professional and niche networking platforms.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts to strengthen candidate reach and hiring outcomes.
- Guide applicants through the process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Evaluate candidates and assist with the hiring decision process.
Skills and experience needed
The ideal candidate should bring hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience, a strong grasp of sourcing strategies such as Boolean search, and working knowledge of ATS platforms, recruitment marketing, and Excel. The role also calls for excellent organization, the ability to manage several requisitions at different hiring stages, and a solid understanding of employment laws, including OFCCP fair hiring requirements. Clear written and verbal communication is essential.
Education
A high school diploma or GED, or equivalent practical experience, is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
