Role Summary
In this position, you will own the full recruitment cycle for assigned openings. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand what they need, build active talent pipelines, identify strong candidates, and move hiring forward efficiently from sourcing through offers.
Responsibilities
- Work with hiring managers and account managers to clarify role needs, priorities, and the profile of the ideal hire.
- Write and publish well-structured, attractive job descriptions on the right hiring channels.
- Find candidates proactively through job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, networking, referrals, and other inventive sourcing methods.
- Review applications and carry out structured phone and video interviews to assess capability, experience, and fit.
- Organize the interview workflow, including scheduling, interviewer briefings, and gathering feedback.
- Share shortlisted candidates with stakeholders and support hiring discussions and final decisions.
- Handle the offer stage by drafting and extending offers, negotiating within approved limits, and coordinating a smooth transition to onboarding.
- Keep candidate and requisition records accurate and current in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of potential candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with agency exposure preferred, or similar relevant experience.
- Proven ability to source and place candidates across different job functions and seniority bands.
- Strong capability in interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, along with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Very well organized and able to juggle multiple requisitions and deadlines at once.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment and able to solve problems proactively.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Experience recruiting SAP-related positions is a strong advantage.
- Experience recruiting within the FMCG industry is also highly valued.
