This opportunity is for a Technology Recruitment Consultant based in New York City, working in a hybrid setup with three days from home each week. Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes across multiple active vacancies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Contribute to a performance-driven desk focused on billings and delivery.

Candidate profile

  • Between 1 and 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience in permanent recruitment is preferred.
  • Ability to juggle several live searches at the same time.
  • Strong motivation for performance, advancement, and financial upside.
  • Technology recruitment experience is helpful, though a solid recruitment background is the key requirement.
  • Suitable for both 180 recruiters looking to become more commercial and 360 consultants seeking stronger clients and better-quality vacancies.
