The Singapore office is looking for a Receptionist to help maintain a professional front-of-house experience and smooth day-to-day operations.

What you will do

  • Handle incoming phone calls in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm, polished approach.
  • Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and fully supplied.
  • Manage security pass issuance and keep visitor logs accurate.
  • Receive and route inbound and outbound mail, courier parcels, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate orders for pantry items, stationery, and general office supplies.
  • Help organize meetings, events, and conference setups with attention to detail.
  • Prepare meeting rooms with the required arrangements, refreshments, and readiness checks.
  • Work with facilities partners to ensure reliable on-site support and smooth office operations.

What makes you a strong fit

  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in reception, front desk, or administrative support.
  • You communicate well in spoken and written English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • You are detail-oriented and known for dependable follow-through.
  • You present yourself professionally and offer strong service-oriented communication.
  • You can work independently while also contributing effectively in a team.
  • You have solid interpersonal skills and can manage multiple tasks at once.
  • You are comfortable using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
