Job description

Job Summary

The company is seeking a courteous and well-presented Receptionist to serve as the first contact for guests and clients. This role combines front-desk service with routine administrative support to help keep everyday office activities running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors politely and professionally.
  • Receive, filter, and route incoming telephone calls.
  • Organize appointments and manage meeting calendars.
  • Receive and send mail, emails, packages, and other deliveries.
  • Keep the reception desk and surrounding area tidy and presentable.
  • Support office administration, including filing, data entry, and document handling.
  • Work with other departments when coordination is required.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to clients and guests.

Requirements

  • Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong English communication skills in both speaking and writing.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or similar customer-facing position is an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication ability.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Neat professional presentation and a positive manner.
  • Well-developed organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work on your own as well as collaboratively with a team.
