Role overview

Vertu Vauxhall Lichfield is hiring a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join its accounts team. This position supports dealership accounting activities and offers a basic pay rate of £12.71 per hour, along with company benefits.

Working pattern

The standard schedule runs from 9:00am to 5:30pm, including a 1-hour lunch break. Flexible working options are available.

Key duties

• Handle a large number of incoming invoices efficiently.
• Match and reconcile supplier statements.
• Run the monthly payment cycle.
• Resolve invoice issues and complete additional tasks as needed.
• Prepare and process bank payments.
• Keep purchase ledgers up to date across all dealerships covered by the role.
