About the Role

Elders is seeking a full-time Property Manager to join its team in Bunbury, Western Australia. In this role, you will manage a property portfolio, strengthen relationships with clients, and help create growth opportunities for both new and existing investments. Your knowledge of Residential Tenancy Legislation and your experience in the local market will be important in building trust and delivering strong service. You will also have the support of the wider Elders network as you develop your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with clients and stay informed about their current and future property needs.
• Identify new business opportunities for both current and prospective clients.
• Conduct routine inspections of managed properties.
• Oversee debtor management tasks.
• Prepare required documentation for landlords and tenants, both new and existing.
• Collaborate with the Elders team to help clients access innovative solutions and opportunities.
• Support promotional activities such as field days and community events.

What We’re Looking For

• Working knowledge of Residential Tenancy Legislation.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Attention to detail and a thorough approach to work.
• A team-focused attitude with high energy, enthusiasm, strong organisation, and effective time management.
• A proactive, practical, and forward-thinking mindset, with comfort using technology.
