Role Overview
The Game Palacio is looking for a junior to associate-level Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, delivery, and tracking of projects across multiple teams. This position suits someone who is highly organized, communicates well with different stakeholders, and can help keep work moving on schedule and within scope in a remote-first setup.
What You’ll Do
- Help build project plans, timelines, task schedules, and milestone trackers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to make sure deliverables are completed on time.
- Share project progress, risks, blockers, and status updates with stakeholders.
- Assist with resource planning, project documentation, and reporting.
- Look for ways to improve processes and increase overall project efficiency.
- Join meetings and contribute to planning and execution discussions.
Required Profile
- Junior or associate-level experience, roughly 0–3+ years, including internships.
- Background in project coordination, project management, or a similar function.
- Practical familiarity with project tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Strong organization and time-management ability.
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently in a remote-first environment.
- Fluent English.
- Must be based in New Zealand and legally allowed to work full-time there.
