We are seeking a Project Manager in Abu Dhabi to support the development and administration of project management plans and processes, ensuring successful project delivery within cost, time, and quality parameters, aligned with business objectives and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer project management plans and processes to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop cost estimates, resource requirements, and project timelines.
• Create and implement operational plans for project completion.
• Manage project expenditures to stay within defined budgets.
• Monitor project milestones and report on progress and performance against the plan.
• Coordinate project-related activities, including developing schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Resolve operational issues and minimize project delivery delays.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and generating progress reports.
• Support the implementation of project outcomes to achieve desired impacts.
• Apply business process understanding to manage project processes and solutions.
• Provide functional guidance or training to junior team members as needed.

Stakeholder Interaction

• Influence colleagues within the job area by explaining facts, policies, and practices.
• Collaborate primarily with colleagues within your own function.
• Build relationships and understand the interests and concerns of customers and key stakeholders.
• Address task-related issues effectively to maintain positive working relationships.

Management Responsibility

This is an individual contributor role without direct responsibility for leading others.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in the Arabic language is mandatory.

Eligibility

Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and over 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Fluency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement.
