Job description

About the role

TOURIST is hiring an Account / Project Manager Intern to support its Berlin-based team. The platform is community-led and creative, with work spanning culture, events, content, and brand partnerships. Its projects connect artists, brands, venues, and communities to build thoughtful formats that stay relevant to the people they are made for.

This position is suited to someone who enjoys turning plans into action. You will be involved in the day-to-day flow of projects, helping with timelines, client communication, production coordination, research, planning, and general organisation. You may also assist with preparing shoots, events, and brand activations, staying involved from the early concept stage through to execution.

The team is looking for a person who is structured, clear in communication, and genuinely interested in the creative industries. The right candidate should be comfortable balancing organisation with an eye for taste, and moving between people, ideas, and multiple ongoing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in managing project schedules and delivery milestones.
  • Help coordinate communication with clients, partners, and collaborators.
  • Assist with production planning, logistics, and task follow-up.
  • Contribute to research, preparation, and day-to-day project coordination.
  • Keep track of open items and help move projects forward efficiently.
  • Support the setup and execution of shoots, events, and brand-related activities.

Requirements

  • Previous exposure to, or a strong interest in, project management, account management, or creative production.
  • Strong skills in organisation and time management.
  • Comfort and confidence when communicating with internal teams, clients, and external collaborators.
  • Good awareness of culture, events, fashion, music, and creative communities.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a hybrid arrangement.
  • Fluent English is required; German and/or Turkish would be an advantage.
  • Experience using project management tools is a plus.
  • The role is based in Berlin and follows a hybrid working structure.
  • Applicants should send their CV along with a brief introduction to the provided email address.

Application information

To apply, candidates are asked to share a CV and a short introductory note. The role is located in Berlin and operates in a hybrid format.
