Role overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and steering project execution while meeting commitments related to timelines, budget, and quality. This role serves as the main point of contact for stakeholders and oversees the full lifecycle of projects. It also ensures that all project documentation is complete so that traceability and knowledge sharing are maintained.
Key responsibilities
Lead projects from the initial needs definition through final delivery, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction throughout.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners such as integrators and software publishers to keep projects on track.
Assign tasks, monitor team progress, and follow up on execution.
Define key performance indicators and provide regular progress updates to project/program leadership and stakeholders.
Spot potential risks early and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Facilitate project meetings with business, technical, functional, and operational teams to keep goals and expectations aligned.
Ensure compliance with the group’s quality and security standards, as well as established best practices, in coordination with relevant stakeholders such as CTO, CDO, DSI, and CISO teams.
Identify and assess risks during the design phase by evaluating their likelihood and impact.
Track risks continuously across the project lifecycle.
Communicate identified risks, mitigation actions, and any remaining impact to stakeholders on a regular basis to support transparency and timely adjustments.
Create, update, and archive project deliverables and documentation at each stage of the project.
Candidate profile
A Bac+5 engineering degree or an equivalent qualification is required.
At least 6 years of experience in project management is expected.
Strong knowledge of the retail sector is important, especially B2C, wholesale, and commercial campaigns.
Experience with information system integration and IT project management in retail environments is needed.
Familiarity with project management approaches such as Waterfall (Cycle en V) and Agile is required.
