Role Summary
The Jackson, Mississippi office is hiring a Project Manager to oversee sprinkler or integrated systems projects. This role focuses on coordinating schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep work moving according to plan while staying compliant with applicable codes and company standards.

Key Duties
- Plan and manage project timelines so subcontractor work stays aligned with budget and completion targets.
- Partner with sales and design teams on specifications, staffing needs, and change orders.
- Review contract documents and coordinate with subcontractors and general contractors to collect project details.
- Track project milestones and communicate deadlines such as design start, listing, and POJ dates to the internal team.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on ASIs, RFIs, change orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders while watching project budgets and profitability.
- Work with estimators and designers to gather data needed for sprinkler drawings, hydraulic calculations, seismic brace calculations, and material/equipment schedules.
- Submit stock lists for fabrication projects and approve fabrication quotes.
- Order any extra material needed for installation work.
- Coordinate material deliveries and installation start dates with installation superintendents.
- Maintain risk management practices and jobsite safety procedures in line with company policy.
- Ensure work meets company standards as well as local, state, federal, fire, NFPA, building, and safety regulations.
