About the role
LG CNS is a digital transformation company in Korea that works with organizations to deliver technology solutions and support business growth. Its Singapore team supports clients across the Asia-Pacific region and focuses on bringing modern technology and consulting expertise to the market.
This opening is for a results-oriented Project Manager who will lead the rollout of modern workplace capabilities such as SharePoint, OneDrive, collaboration tools, and remote access solutions. The role sits within the financial services environment, where the objective is to improve employee productivity, enable smoother collaboration across teams, and support strong user adoption while staying aligned with strict compliance, regulatory, and security requirements.
What you will do
- Own the full delivery cycle for digital workplace improvements, from early scoping and business case preparation through implementation and hypercare support.
- Manage schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource planning to keep initiatives on track, within scope, and within approved costs.
- Work closely with vendors, system integrators, and internal technology teams so delivery matches business needs.
- Represent the end user’s perspective and ensure the solutions address real daily work challenges and improve productivity in measurable ways.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Compliance and Risk Management to support aligned, low-friction rollouts.
- Prepare and deliver concise project updates, roadmaps, risk reviews, and status reports for steering committees and senior leaders.
- Partner with change management teams to create and execute training, workshops, and communication plans that encourage adoption.
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate productivity gains and return on investment from workplace tools.
What we are looking for
- At least 10 years of project management experience, preferably in a bank, financial services organization, or other highly regulated setting.
- Demonstrated success in delivering digital workplace, employee experience, or collaboration-related projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery approaches; PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master credentials are preferred.
- Solid understanding of financial sector compliance, privacy requirements, and risk management practices.
- Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 and its security and governance features.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas in practical, business-friendly terms.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities and the confidence to guide diverse groups through change.
- A proactive problem-solver who can spot risks early and resolve issues effectively.
Additional information
This position is based in Singapore and follows a contract arrangement with remote work flexibility. The role is centered on improving the employee experience in a banking or similarly regulated environment, with close attention to compliance, governance, and secure delivery.
