Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are essential. This is a client-facing role within Professional Services, and it may involve occasional travel to the Alpharetta, Georgia office. Travel can be up to 10%, primarily within the United States.

- Develop project plans and supporting documentation such as schedules, risk and issue logs, status updates, meeting agendas, and statements of work.
- Run customer meetings and working sessions, including discovery workshops, testing sessions, executive reviews, and regular progress check-ins.
- Track internal capacity and budget use across assigned projects.
- Prepare accurate projections for project revenue and expenses.
- Work with both customers and internal teams to define business and technical requirements.
- Support QA testing to confirm the software works correctly in the customer environment.
- Carry out basic diagnostics and troubleshooting for payment software applications.
- Help train end users so they can use the software effectively.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and go-live support.
- Identify risks and issues early, communicate impact, and help drive corrective actions to protect schedule, scope, and project health.
- Partner with customers and developers to configure, install, test, and monitor systems that resolve customer issues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, including executive stakeholders.
- Deliver a strong customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple implementations at once while keeping deliverables on schedule.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
Requirements
The employer is looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience managing projects and producing successful outcomes for stakeholders. You should be able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, work comfortably across teams, and handle troubleshooting with confidence. Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and risk-mitigation abilities are important. Familiarity with Excel pivot tables, SharePoint, and similar tools is also expected.
