About the client

Its work centers on catching and resolving mismatches in quantities, materials, and labor while keeping communication clear between field teams, subcontractors, and retail partners. The goal is to help projects move forward smoothly through careful review and timely issue resolution.

Role overview

In this role, you will review customer projects and work orders to confirm they match contract expectations. You will identify discrepancies, help coordinate communication across stakeholders, and support the timely progress of projects. The position plays an important part in preserving service quality and operational efficiency through close oversight and dependable team support.

Key responsibilities

  • Check projects against contracts and estimates to confirm accuracy.
  • Spot and resolve differences in quantities, materials, or labor.
  • Record support requests and communicate required changes to retail partners.
  • Help teammates with questions related to reviewed projects.
  • Keep records up to date in CIO and IMS systems.
  • Stay in regular communication with field staff, subcontractors, and retail contacts.
  • Reply quickly to voicemails, emails, and text messages during working hours.
  • Support operations and administrative teams when backup coverage is needed.
  • Take part in training sessions and strategic meetings as needed.
  • Help drive process and departmental improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Follow company policies and operating procedures consistently.
  • Be able to carry out assigned duties as trained and instructed.
  • Communicate clearly and take accurate notes.
  • Handle multiple communication channels quickly and effectively.

Compensation
