About the Role
The Supply Chain Project Coordinator will assist project managers and project teams by organizing schedules, keeping records up to date, monitoring milestones, supporting communication, and helping ensure projects finish on schedule and within scope. In some cases, the role may also take ownership of smaller projects independently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, execution, and ongoing tracking of projects.
- Follow project timelines, key milestones, and deliverables closely.
- Keep project files, budgets, schedules, and logs organized and current.
- Arrange meetings, create agendas, and document meeting notes.
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track risks, issues, actions, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support coordination with vendors and contractors.
- Help monitor budgets and project-related expenses.
- Prepare progress updates, reports, and dashboard summaries.
- Review project data and contribute to performance analysis and project evaluations.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Healthcare background is preferred.
- Experience using PAR Excellence is preferred.
- Exposure to healthcare operations, health plans, corporate services, or technical projects is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Capability to juggle several tasks and deadlines at once.
- Comfort with project documentation and reporting.
- Understanding of project management methods is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
- Scrum, SAFe, or an equivalent certification
