About the internship
This remote internship is suited for someone who can help keep teams aligned, support leadership, and bring structure to fast-moving workstreams. The role sits at the intersection of coordination, communication, and execution, with exposure to cross-functional projects and day-to-day operational rhythms.
What you will do
- Serve as the coordination point between engineering, content, growth, and operations so information moves smoothly and blockers are surfaced early.
- Set up meeting materials such as agendas, briefs, and pre-reads, then document decisions, action points, and follow-ups until tasks are completed.
- Support the founder or lead by helping prioritize work, drafting messages, coordinating with external partners, and managing diverse tasks as they arise.
- Help establish and maintain the company’s operating cadence, including weekly reviews, metric check-ins, and sprint syncs, so the team works through process rather than memory.
- Take ownership of important, loosely defined projects from start to finish, such as hiring drives, vendor discussions, broken processes, or launch support.
