About the role
Seara International is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to keep manufacturing activities running efficiently and without interruption. This position plays a key role in coordinating staff, managing workflow, and supporting a productive and cost-conscious operation in a fast-moving production environment.
The main objective of the role is to help deliver high-quality output while maintaining profitability, safety, and adherence to production standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee production activities and make sure the line runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor employee performance, coordinate tasks, and organize daily work schedules.
- Follow the production department’s recipe instructions for spices, including circulation and methods of addition.
- Handle meat processing according to the production recipe, including circulation, processing, and addition methods.
- Track packing materials, ensure availability, and monitor material losses.
- Observe machine readings, ensure correct operation, and supervise dismantling, installation, and routine cleaning.
- Work closely with the maintenance team when equipment breaks down.
- Respond flexibly to changes in the production plan and help find practical solutions during unexpected breakdowns.
- Apply good manufacturing practices throughout all production stages.
- Inspect output to confirm it meets required specifications.
- Prepare and submit performance and progress reports.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to day-to-day operations.
- Train employees and new joiners on safe machine usage and standard procedures.
- Enforce company safety rules and manufacturing standards.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience working as a Production Supervisor in frozen food or meat production.
- Hands-on experience with different manufacturing machines and tools.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, veterinary science, or agriculture.

This role requires strong knowledge of complex production processes, the ability to supervise teams in a fast-paced setting, and a focus on improving productivity while controlling costs.
The supervisor is expected to ensure safe equipment usage, support periodic maintenance, and help maintain consistent product quality across the production process.
