Role overview
This is a temporary, on-site Production Packer position based in Saxmundham, Suffolk, with a manufacturing business near Leiston. The role is available for an immediate start and offers an opportunity to build hands-on experience in a supportive production setting.
Pay and working pattern
The starting pay is £12.71 per hour, with enhanced overtime rates available. The position offers 40 hours per week on rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00. The contract is ongoing.
What the job involves
- Packing completed goods directly from the production line.
- Performing visual checks to confirm product quality.
- Logging batch details accurately.
- Entering stock and production data into internal systems.
- Working in line with agreed procedures and health and safety requirements.
Candidate profile
No prior experience is necessary because full training is provided.
