Role Summary

As a Product Manager in Experian's Identity & Fraud team, you will help define the direction of AML Watchlist Screening solutions. Based in Hyderabad and reporting to the Director of Product Management, this global role focuses on building scalable products that support clients in meeting demanding regulatory obligations while reducing inefficiencies and false positives.

What You Will Do

  • Create and drive the product roadmap for watchlist screening offerings, making sure it aligns with regulatory needs, market direction, and Experian's global product strategy.
  • Assess, compare, and manage watchlist data suppliers to support strong product performance, stable pricing, and flexibility in contracts.
  • Improve screening accuracy and operational efficiency by using analytics and technology to reduce false positives without compromising compliance.
  • Lead product delivery in an agile environment and work closely with engineering teams to ship reliable features on time.
  • Work with sales, compliance, technical teams, and customers to capture requirements, prioritise enhancements, and build solutions that fit market demand.
  • Track regulatory developments, new technologies, and competitor activity, while promoting innovation and ongoing product improvement.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years of product management experience.
  • Background in product management, preferably in AML, KYC, or financial crime compliance solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of global sanctions, politically exposed person (PEP), and adverse media screening requirements.
  • Experience working with API-driven products and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products and experience in a global matrixed organisation.
  • Ability to turn complex compliance requirements into simple and usable product features.
