Its platform supports assessments for more than 40 million learners each year, and the company is now investing in AI-led innovation to expand its impact further.
About the Role
Learnosity is hiring a Product Manager to help launch Learnosity Workforce, a new platform focused on workforce learning. This role will contribute to both the established Build platform and the new Workforce offering, helping shape products that create value now while defining the company’s next stage of growth.
This is a high-ownership opportunity for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, working across product domains, and using AI-enabled product practices to deliver meaningful outcomes at scale.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own important parts of the product lifecycle for a brand-new solution, from early discovery through release and iteration.
- Work with engineering and design to turn product ideas into shipped features and platform capabilities.
- Use customer feedback, usage data, and performance insights to guide roadmap choices.
- Partner with product leaders across Build and Workforce on strategy and prioritization.
- Support customer discovery to understand the needs of workforce learning users and developer audiences.
- Present product updates and demos to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Help shape the organization’s approach to AI-assisted product development.
- Build effective working relationships with teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Support.
What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months
- Key capabilities for the launch and early adoption of Learnosity Workforce are delivered successfully.
- Product experiences are shaped for both workforce customers and technical users.
- Customer feedback loops are in place and actively informing roadmap decisions.
- AI-powered working methods are being adopted within product teams.
- Strong cross-team relationships support execution across the company’s product areas.
Working Environment
This is a hybrid position based in Dublin, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Dublin office. The role is part of the Product team covering Build and Learnosity Workforce, reports to the VP Product in Australia, and involves regular collaboration with colleagues in Australia and North America. The environment is platform-led, API-focused, and heavily involved in AI-enabled product development.

- Health and dental insurance.
- Pension contributions.
- Support for learning and professional development.
- Employee Assistance Program.
- Flexible working arrangements.
