About The Role
Join our bedding production team at the Otahuhu site as a Process Worker. This hands-on role involves a variety of tasks, from managing raw materials to operating manufacturing machinery. You will have the opportunity to rotate through different work centers, including mattress assembly, sewing, quilting, base construction, upholstery, packing, and the spring line. Comprehensive training will be provided, enabling you to develop multi-skilling across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual production tasks and operate machinery in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Adhere to all operational and safety protocols for production activities.
- Verify that raw materials and finished goods meet required quality specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a safe, productive, and positive work environment.
- Comply with job rotation schedules and maintain high standards of workplace cleanliness.
- Report any hazards, equipment malfunctions, or non-conformances promptly.
- Engage in continuous training and contribute to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) improvement initiatives.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
About You

- While manufacturing experience is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.
- A forklift license is considered an advantage for certain roles.
