Role Overview
eClerx is seeking an experienced Process Manager to serve as a subject matter expert in implementing, configuring, and integrating the Adobe Workfront platform. This role is pivotal for driving large-scale Work Management and Digital Transformation initiatives, requiring a strong combination of technical Workfront proficiency, business process analysis, and program management capabilities. eClerx is a global leader in business process management, automation, and analytics, serving Fortune 2000 enterprises across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of Adobe Workfront implementations, from initial requirements gathering and blueprinting through to deployment and ongoing support.
- Design technical solutions within Workfront to meet complex business needs, including workflows, resource management, and budgeting, by leveraging custom forms, fields, calculated data, and views.
- Configure core Workfront components such as Projects, Programs, Portfolios, Tasks, User Roles, Access Levels, Request Queues, and Approval Workflows.
- Develop advanced dashboards and reports, including utilizing Text Mode, to offer real-time insights into project status, resource allocation, and portfolio performance for executive review.
- Utilize Adobe Workfront Fusion (formerly Scenario Builder) to create, develop, and deploy sophisticated automation scenarios.
- Manage and execute integration projects connecting Workfront with other critical business systems like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Jira, Salesforce, DAM systems, and ERP/HCM, employing Fusion, APIs, or native connectors.
- Oversee data migration strategies from existing systems into Workfront, ensuring data accuracy and structural integrity.
- Collaborate with leadership to align Workfront initiatives with strategic business objectives, ensuring the platform supports long-term goals such as Marketing Transformation or Product Development.
- Establish and enforce platform governance, best practices, change management protocols, and user adoption strategies across the organization.
- Act as a key liaison for project sponsors, managing expectations, providing progress updates, and proactively mitigating risks across multiple Workfront projects.
- Create and deliver effective training materials, documentation, and support sessions to enhance user proficiency and platform adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in implementing, configuring, and administering Adobe Workfront.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Workfront's features, data model, and API capabilities.
- Must have hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or comparable IPaaS tools like Dell Boomi or Informatica for complex integrations and automation.
- Experience in creating and managing Workfront projects, templates, reports, and dashboards.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs or multiple concurrent projects effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and client-facing consulting skills are essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
