Job Description: Precontract Coordinator

SOCOTEC is seeking a dedicated Precontract Coordinator to join its growing Building Safety and Compliance Consultancy team. This role is ideal for an individual interested in pre-contract coordination and building safety compliance. The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and flexible, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in construction consultancy and familiarity with building safety regulations and precontract processes are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate precontract activities and prepare necessary documentation in compliance with governance requirements.
  • Serve as the primary client contact during the precontract phase.
  • Provide support for project initiation, risk identification, and documentation control.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience working within a multidisciplinary construction consultancy.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and task management tools.
