Job Description: Precontract Coordinator

SOCOTEC is seeking a dedicated Precontract Coordinator to join its growing Building Safety and Compliance Consultancy team. This role is ideal for an individual interested in pre-contract coordination and building safety compliance. The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and flexible, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in construction consultancy and familiarity with building safety regulations and precontract processes are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate precontract activities and prepare necessary documentation in compliance with governance requirements.
Serve as the primary client contact during the precontract phase.
Provide support for project initiation, risk identification, and documentation control.

Qualifications and Skills

Demonstrated experience working within a multidisciplinary construction consultancy.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and task management tools.
