Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Placement Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial for cultivating robust corporate partnerships, overseeing all placement initiatives, and maximizing career prospects for our student body.

Key Responsibilities

• Forge and nurture strong connections with businesses, hiring managers, and industry experts to facilitate student placements and internship opportunities.
• Organize, coordinate, and implement campus recruitment events, career fairs, and industry-specific seminars.
• Analyze industry demands and tailor student skill development through workshops, simulated interviews, and resume enhancement sessions.
• Manage and update a comprehensive student database, monitoring their progress in the placement process.
• Liaise with the academic and training departments to pinpoint skill deficiencies and suggest supplementary training programs.
• Maintain consistent communication with students, informing them of available job openings and providing guidance throughout their job search.
• Achieve set placement objectives and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
• Represent Engineer Sahab Education positively in all interactions with corporate entities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Education, or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 1 to 5 years of professional experience in placement coordination, corporate relationship management, or recruitment, with a preference for experience within the education or training sector.
• An established network of contacts within companies, startups, and recruitment agencies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity for managing multiple tasks, performing under pressure, and meeting placement targets.
