Key Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting people with disability
• A person-centred approach to care and support
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or a willingness to obtain it
• Current First Aid and CPR certification

Highly Regarded Experience

Experience in complex care, high-intensity support, manual handling, personal care, or community access will be viewed favourably.
