Role Overview
Reporting to senior finance leadership, this role is part of a collaborative finance team. Key responsibilities include:
- Complete ownership of the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
- Guaranteeing all payroll activities adhere to Irish tax and employment legislation.
- Supervising and guiding junior payroll staff.
- Identifying avenues for payroll process optimization and efficiency gains.
- Coordinating with HR, Finance, and external vendors on payroll-related issues.
- Generating payroll reports and performing reconciliations for senior management.
- Maintaining and upgrading payroll systems and internal controls.
Additional Information
This role is based in South East Ireland, covering areas such as Tipperary, Kilkenny, Waterford, and Wexford. The salary is dependent on experience (DOE).
