Job description
Role Overview
This position supports airport operations by assisting check-in teams with boarding, seat allocation, and check-in-related issues. The role also functions as a codeshare helpdesk and handles problems linked to ancillary services such as seat selection, baggage, and upgrades through EMD processes.
Key Responsibilities
You will support airport booking offices with reservations for the airline’s own services as well as interline ticket documents. The role involves recording incidents, coordinating with Amadeus through Service Hub, and tracking each case until it is resolved. You will also assist airport teams with mishandled baggage cases and support the network in World Tracer. In addition, you may be required to share PNR details and check-in history with airport or regulatory authorities for customer service needs.
Working Pattern
This is a 24/7 support function covering airport network and aircraft-related DCS customer management, reservation, and ticketing queries.
Required Skills
Strong spoken and written English is essential. Familiarity with MS Office is preferred.
