Job Title: Painter

The Address Collective is seeking a skilled Painter to join their team. This role involves developing and implementing maintenance procedures, conducting facility inspections to identify and resolve issues, and overseeing all repair and upkeep operations. The Painter will ensure the company's facilities are well-maintained and adequately support business operations. Key responsibilities include managing electrical and hydraulic systems, planning repair and installation activities, monitoring equipment inventory, controlling maintenance budgets, and maintaining relationships with contractors. The role also requires keeping detailed maintenance logs, reporting on daily activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, including fire safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance procedures.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Verify the proper functioning of electrical and hydraulic systems within the buildings.
• Plan and supervise all repair and installation projects.
• Manage equipment inventory, including placing orders as needed.
• Oversee maintenance-related expenses and manage the budget effectively.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external contractors and service providers.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and provide daily activity reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and policies.
• Oversee and manage fire safety protocols on the premises.
• Coordinate effectively with external contractors for various maintenance tasks.

Requirements and Skills

• Possess a strong understanding of the technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and other relevant trades.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of facility operations, machinery, and equipment.
• Exhibit the ability to track activities and generate comprehensive reports.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction.
• Display outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Have a thorough understanding of plumbing and electrical systems, alongside carpentry and other craft skills.
• Be well-versed in all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations.
• Show aptitude for administrative tasks, including reporting and budgeting.
