Job Summary

The Package Driver is responsible for collecting and delivering packages to residential and/or commercial locations. The work takes place in a physically demanding, fast-moving environment and involves repeated lifting, lowering, carrying, and driving. Safe transport practices are essential throughout the route, along with a strong focus on efficient, dependable customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follow UPS-approved safe driving practices and apply them correctly while on route.
• Deliver and pick up parcels from homes and business locations as assigned.
• Handle packages throughout the day by lifting, lowering, and carrying them safely.
• Operate in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.
• Use safe transportation methods when travelling between destinations.
• Provide a reliable customer experience through efficiency, professionalism, and dedication.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Should comply with UPS appearance standards.
• Needs strong customer interaction skills and confident driving ability.
• Must meet local age and operational rules for driving a vehicle.
• Must be available to work 5 days each week.
